Delphine was born in 1971 in Dijon, France, but lived in Africa for the first eight years of her life. She studied art at the Ecole des Arts Decoratifs de Strasbourgs and now lives in Marseille.

Delphine worked in advertising and editorial until 1997 - she now works almost exclusively on picture books and her dream is to write her own stories as well as illustrate those by others. She has already had one title accepted by a French publisher.

Delphine's hobbies include playing accordian and piano. She loves to ski, dance and read but her real love is to draw - "I fill up a lot of little notebooks!"
